How long does a typical service take?
A standard periodic service takes 4 hours. Complex jobs like accidental repair or full body work take 24 hours or more. We share an ETA on WhatsApp before we start.
What warranty do you offer?
Every paid service comes with an 18-month warranty on both parts and labour (conditions apply). Batteries carry up to an 18-month manufacturer warranty with on-record claim support.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. A digital GST invoice is emailed after every service.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes — you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your pick-up slot. Just reply to your WhatsApp confirmation message or call us.
Which brands and models do you service?
We service every passenger car sold in India — from Maruti, Hyundai and Tata to Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Kia, Skoda, Ford, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz and more.
Do you use genuine / OEM parts?
Yes. We use original manufacturer or OEM-equivalent parts sourced from authorised distributors. You can verify part numbers on the invoice before payment.
